Position: Paid Digital Marketer

Location: Remote 
Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2+ year in running paid campaigns (Facebook, Google, or other platforms)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media campaigns

• Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and audience engagement

• Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and competitor analysis

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools

• Collaborate with the creative and content team for ad visuals & copies

• Report weekly on ad performance and suggest improvements

• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and algorithms

• Meeting or colab with client

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads essential)

• Solid understanding of targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking

• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel setup

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Creative thinker with knowledge of digital marketing funnels

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Up to date knowledge about market, marketing and AI

Bonus Points For

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads

• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

• Experience in running campaigns for software or SaaS companies

• Experience in using AI
